2-Year Limited Warranty & 14-day Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

Coverage: This warranty policy applies only to products purchased directly from Bitaxe UK.
1. Warranty Coverage
Pre-Assembled Units: Bitaxe UK warrants that its pre-assembled miners will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts,
- Replace the product with an equivalent item, or
- Issue a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
Everything Else: All products not covered by the 2-year warranty are instead covered by a 14-day Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Guarantee for faults or defects. This does not affect your right to return unused, unopened products within 30 days under our general return policy.
2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or aging of components.
- Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modifications.
- Damage caused by overclocking, including but not limited to overheating, instability, or premature hardware failure.
- Issues resulting from power surges, incorrect voltage, or environmental conditions (e.g., water damage, extreme temperatures).
- Consumable parts, such as fans or cables, unless failure occurs due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
- Any DIY or user-assembled products beyond the 14-day DOA period.
3. How to Make a Warranty or DOA Claim
To request service, please contact Bitaxe UK Support at hello@bitaxe.uk and provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos or videos (if applicable) to help diagnose the problem.
After reviewing the claim, we will provide further instructions, including whether the item needs to be returned for inspection.
4. Shipping and Repair Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping products to us for inspection.
- If the issue is covered under warranty or DOA, Bitaxe UK will cover the cost of return shipping after repair or replacement.
- If the issue is not covered, the customer may choose to pay for repairs or have the item returned at their expense.
5. Limitations & Legal Disclaimers
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Bitaxe UK is not responsible for data loss, mining downtime, or any indirect damages resulting from product failure.
- This policy provides specific legal rights, which may vary depending on local consumer protection laws.
